rear reinforcement bar

im having trouble putting on a new rear bumper....the rear reinforcement bar is kinda in the way....can anyone tell me how i can remove this bar....i would think it would be like the front one...which i was able to unbolt easily......and ive seen the rear bar taken off of another car...i just figure out how its secured in there....HELP!!
