91 chry Lebarron 4cyl 2.5 timing setting?

The emissions sticker has been removed from my vehicle. Haynes book does not give timing specifications and local auto shops cannot tell me the timing specs. Does anyone out there know the timing specifications? Would appreciate any heolp!

it is 12 degrees btc, and i wouldn't recommend going to them for anything else if they couldn't tell you the specs for ignition timing
