Remove window

Anyone here that could give instructions on how to take the window out of the back driver side door? I can figure out how to take the first "skin" of, but not the second, where the window mechanic part's are inside.
Any help would be welcome.

Back windows are complicated. you have to remove the metal bar that goes betwen the 1/4 window and the door window. there are caps on the side of the door to acess a 10mm bolt and another cap under the door skin w/ a 10mm bolt. THen you have to take the little triangle piece off the guide by pulling up. The guide should pull out (just take a screwdriver to pry the moulding off when you take it out). to get the window out you have to remove the small circle cap at the bottom of the door pannel and then with the window all the way down punch out the white clip that holds the window glass to the blue clip. then just pull the window out.
