I bought a 2000 Ford Ranger couple of weeks ago. When washing it I found a screw holding the passenger (powered) mirror in a fixed position.
I confronted the seller and he told me that he never replaced it because the dealer told him it would cost upwards of $500. to replace it. I started looking on the net and found a replacement for $179. and the seller said he would pay for it. Upon looking furthur I found an exact replacement from another source for $91. plus s/h. Total of $108. If anyone needs a mirror look at Fast Auto Body Parts. They gave me a great deal and the product was perfect. Installation is a snap.
