stock stereo

does anyone know off the top of your head if the factory stereo in a lancer ralliart has RCA plugs to support an amp?

I have never seen a factory head unit with RCA Outs. you could splice a speaker wire though and then use a converter to clean up the signal and then use that as the input for your amp though.

if you're puting subs in a lancer you need to go with a better stereo. I suggest a sony x-plod cd player and a rockford fosgate amp. Trust me, dat shit bangs!

sony is overpriced and not any better quality than cheap brands like Jensen. They work, but for the same money you could get a much better unit from Clarion or Kenwood.

i think it depeds on if you get the sun and sound option, if you did (then you wouldnt need this) but it comes with a 8 inch sub and its preamped under the seat and although i havent seen the back of it, since it has an amp under the seat it should come with one.
