Repairing scratches

I know this question seems trivial but my CRV has some paint scratches and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or methods to get rid of them? I really don't want to go to a body shop just due to the expense. If it can't be done, then it can't be done but if there is some simple at home process that I could use to make them less noticeable I'd be willing to try it. Thanks for any input.

Not completely to the primer but some of then can be felt as you rub across them.

no problem then, you can probably get them to where they are not noticeable, but you'll need the right equipment. I rec you purchase or borrow a dual action or orbital polisher. Aside from reducing scratches these things are absolutely amazing when it comes to detailing a car. you'll need to get the correct pads for these and apply some compound. Don't worry, it's easy and I think kinda fun. I'll give you a couple of links that will explain the process to you better than I can. griotsgarage.com is a good place to start. You can also ask them tech questions. I had some significant scratches on my car that I polished off by starting with medium cut compound, then fine cut followed by Finesse It then wax.
It's a decision as to whether to buy a polisher or not. My 5 year old cars are freaky shiney in the sunlight and the machine is a good sander also when you need to do that.
