Which way is better?
Apply decals first than clear coat or Clear coats first than decals?

Why i am asking this question, because i have some models that build 10 years ago the decals are starting to coming off. I would like to protect the decals.I have try on some models putting the decals first than clear coat, but the clear coat ruin the decals.

Which clear coat is better? Tamiya or Mr. Hobby?

Thanks for your advice

My preferance is clear-decals-clear again.

Be careful with Tamiya clear (TS-13). Gunze, Modellers, Finishers and others seem to be less hot, therefor less likely to damage decals.
