brembo blanks

Are the Brembo "blank" OE replacement rotors any good? They got them at summitracing.com for $33/each. It says they're made of iron so will they rust fast like my OE rears already have (in the middle part)?

Edit: I found out that summitracing charges an $8 handling fee per product so the rotors are just as much as other places. I really don't want to use a credit card to buy them... I'd rather pay cash/check. So if anybody knows where I can get a good deal on them let me know. Thanks.

brembo blanks are awsome brakes, I got mine off of the tirerack.com they have good prices.

I just ordered the Brembo Blanks (front) for my Si through tirerack.com... $97 total shipped to my door.

I get my si front and teg. rear Both d/s off ebay like $80 each set.

watch out for ebay brakes, most are knock offs. Brembo blanks are just OE replacement rotors, nothing special about them. Brembo is a pretty good brand, most of there stuff is going to be quality and they will replace it if its not. Rust isnt going to be an issue if you drive fairly offen (like once every four months). First time you drive the rust will be scrubbed off.

Update: Just fitted my new Brembo blanks and semi-metalic pads yesterday. It was kind of a pain cuz I'm a weak ass but they're on and work good. I can smell a little burning metal smell from the one side. My friend said it may just be grease that got on the rotors... I don't know. If it persists I'll check it out I guess. The rotors are noticeably heavier than my PowerStop cross drilled ones. No big deal.

While working on it, I noticed my driver-side axle boot has a slight tear... sux! It's still packed with lots of grease and doesn't click. But when it starts I'm just taking it somewhere to have the axles done.
