2000 Range rover wheel cap

Does anyone know what i can do to keep these things from poping out im buying my 3rd one and im tired of it! HELP ASAP

I put a couple of dabs of silicone rubber on them. If I need to pop them out to fit the wheel into the wheel well, I can. Just don't silicone all the way around. Mine have been on for three years and that's over some pretty rough roads and 4WD tracks.
