winshield wiper problems

windshield wipers would come on by thmselves , now they don't stop when swithed to off position .

my plymouth voyager had this exact problem. It was the Body Control Module (BCM). it gets dirty and needs a good cleaning. I am new to ventures, so unfortunatly i cant tell you where the BCM is located :(
