Well iv'e finally got this one done, bought it from an AF member a while back so its been lying around for a few months. Anyway got it going & here it is finished. The color is maroon, two wetcoats at the end gave it a nice shine. I was debating the rims for ages but decided on the stock ones in the end. The seats, steering wheel & wing mirrors are from a Tamiya Modena Spyder. Ive used some parts from an Acu-Stion mechanical parts set (loads of bits left but couldnt be bothered)
Thanks for looking, Mike :sunglasse

What a gorgeous car!

superchoice of colour, and of model, I like the mirrors a lot too, very subtle changes, and surely one of the more exiting finished models I ve seen lately, I love it

Nice color. It gives the car a very classy look.

Great work overall. This is not an easy kit to build, and you've made it look very good..

I'll warn you ahead of time, I will be building the identical model :evillol: .

The local Ferrari dealer had an F355 Berlinetta in this exact same color scheme for about a year...dark red w/honey-colored leather interior. I drooled over it in the showroom. I saw it on a test drive the local "autobahn" known as GA 400...and it looked killer out on the road.

I've been planning on building one just like it-and you have built one just like it. You chose an awesome color combo for this car, very classy and very sexy.

That looks good Mike!
I must admit that it sounded a bit strange with maroon on such a modern Ferrari. I stand corrected, it looks very nice indeed!
Got some touch up paint for you waiting to gas out properly before sending it.

Real nice and clean! If I'm not mistaken, the real Ferrari dark red color's name is Rosso Barchetta.

Very attractive. And nice to see a Ferrari that doesnīt sport red or yellow :) Itīs maroon is subtle but yet it stands out from the above mentioned "standard" Ferarri colors!

I think that looks better than any Fujimi Ferrari 355 I've seen on here and I think part of the reason is that the dark colour hides Fujimi's inaccuracies. You have done a very nice job on it though. Please can we see some pics of the rear?

Thanks a lot guys. No........this is not an easy kit to build, especially the fitting of the windows as they are all seperate just like with the Tamiya Jag MK ll.
M4tt83 & Bas Carwash here are some pics of "the rear" as you requested.
