poor MPG

Maybe someone can help, me with this problem,
I have a 99 ranger, and in the last couple of months I've been getting
crappy gas mileage, like almost 100 mpg's less than before, I went from
getting between 350-375 to around 250miles, I've tried changing the oil, fuel filter, airfilter, the truck hasn't lost any power but I'm at a loss for the mileage

Many factors effect MPH
Terrain (hills vs. flatland), fuel quality, driving habits (easy starts), tire pressure, tire type, brake adjustments, passenger load all have an effect on MPG. If your plugs are bad or if an injector is dirty you would probably feel a difference in the power. High mileage vehicles use more gas also.
I would start with buying the highest octane gas you can afford and add a bottle of total fuel system cleaner……..and go from there. Remember driving 70 mph burns 30% more fuel than driving 55 mph. Also consider the extra fuel consumption for the a/c system in summer.
Another thing to consider is a catalytic converter malfunction. You can run a diagnostic check on your truck at AutoZone for free.
It could be a combination of the above or none of the above.
