95 taurus missing and flooding

My 95 taurus is some what missing and the no. 1 cyl. plug is wet but i'm getting good spark, and there is a loss of power, i put new wires, cap and rotor, o2 sensors, cooling sensor, distribution module, fuel module, new plugs, checked the timing, checked for stored codes, did an injector test.pc valve.
