'96 T&C, Code P0135 - O2 Sensor

Autozone plugged me in...told me the code was: P0135

Bank 1, Sensor 1, the front O2 Sensor.

Symptoms: Bad gas mileage and a skip when idling.

Remedy: Replace the Sensor... go from there.

Questions:

- Is this sensor behind the engine under the middle plug on the exhaust manifold?
- Go from under to get to the censor?
- Borrow a special tool to remove sensor?

Should I while I am getting dirty:

- replace rear plugs and wires?

then pat myself on the back and reward myself with an ice cold beer?

Any suggestions? (looking more for confirmation about where the O2 sensor is and how to replace it)
