New Lifters.

I have a 1996 Probe GT. And up here in michigan it gets really cold in the winter and when I start the engine it jumps to 1500 rpm off the start. And over the time it wears on the lifters because they dont have oil right away from the start because it take time to draw oil up from the pan. But How hard is it to replace the lifters? Like time wise? And how much would it be for a complete set of lifters. Im not looking for performance parts, im looking just for stock parts.
