I hate Cox Comm.

Fuck you Cox Communications! Your company is fucking bullshit and yall are a bunch of cheap-asses! That Astros game is suppose to be on right now, but wait a minute, it's not. I see poker in its place. Fox Sports Net wanted them to pay a little bit more for them to broadcast games. They didn't. You have got to be kidding me. If it wasnt for me leaving in a very short few months I would be canceling my service. It's fucking Baseball season for cripes sake! Damn im so pissed off right now. That means im gonna have to find a bar somewhere that has service through another company and carries the games. Thanks, I will never be doing business with yall again.

I remember when I worked for a survey outfit *cough*western wats*cough* we did a survey to customers who had canceled with Cox comm. and they all hated them. nobody had been pleased with any aspect of the service. Another company like that was T-Mobile. I could go a whole shift and not hear a good thing about them.

I've heard the same stories. Don't get charter either. The'yre horrible. It's no wonder their service is so cheap: they pick TOTALLY crappy channels. We have about 45 channels; 4 are 24/7 televangelists who try to entice you to send $1000 'donation' gifts. No Spike. I don't think we even have TNT. There were a few other channels that are like "WTF?!". Channels that only belong on like digicable where there's 800 channels to choose from. Like the golf channel. All golf all day. That's not something you put in a package of 45 channels. Worse, it's the only thing we can get cuz we live in BFE. I feel your pain hardcore.

Late last night my dad called me and informed me a little more about the situation that they printed in the Houston Chronicle about it. Gee, thanks for letting your customers know. The deal is they won't be airing around 40 some odd games. Which games? I would really like to know. The whole point of a business is to make your customers happy. Oh well, im over it i guess, nothing i can do about it.
