Missing VECI lable 94 Metro

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I did a search for VECI and didn't get the information I needed. My 94 Metro is missing the VECI lable so I'm missing it. I just changed the timing belt and I need to set the idle speed, timing, and such. Also while I'm at it, what do I hook the tach up to? Here is the picture:

I don't see any terminals to hook to, and of course the manual just says hook it up.

Ok, so I found out the timing is 5d btdc and the idle is 850 rpm. Does anyone know what I can hook the tach up to. The picture in my first post shows my coil. I can't see anything to hook the two wires to.
