Im assume you mean low 12's high 11's
You have the exhast you said, put a CAI on her (if shes TPI). Also try true dual exhast, upgraded computer chip.
If your into taking the engine out, I got a whole list of stuff you can do :)

if that's the car in the picture, then it looks like a Z28 which would have a TPI 305. Look into an aftermarket throttle body for better flow, headers, hi-flow cat, performance cam. That would probably get you in the 14's. For 11-12's with a 305 you'll most likely need some sort of forced induction.

So is the engine a TBI 305 or a TPI 305?

Its a TBI, I talked to him on aim.
I told him to get a throttle body, headers, true dual exhast, etc.
Im not to familiar with TBI tho, how does a Throttle body bypass work/whats it do?

The throttle body bypass just removes the coolant from flowing through the TB and heating it to the temp of the coolant thus heating the air entering the engine. The reason they run the coolant through the TB is to keep it from icing up in cold conditions, but in warm climates it is not necessary.
The trouble is that those TBI 305's are supposed to be quite a bit slower than the TPI's Not sure how much though, just what I've read about on the forum.

Would it be easy getting into the low 13's with the 305 tpi?

Doing the throttle body bypass? There are a couple hoses going to and from the TB all you have to do is pull them off the TB and hook them together so it's just straight through the hoses and back to the coolant system. Not exactly sure on your specific car but that is the just of the procedure. However, this mod is only good for a few Horses, doing this on an LT1 only yields like 5-10 HP. On your 305 it'd probably only give you 3.

Depends on what you call easy...Performance heads, intake, TB, Cam, Gears, Headers, 3" catback, those should put you in the 13's easily.
