My 2001 blows warm air on the drivers side vents. Passenger side is fine with acceptable cold air. The car does not have dual climate control either. Anyone have any suggestions? I have been told there is a connector to the drivers side temp servo that might come loose but I'm not sure where it is or if the mechanic was just blowing smoke.....

I've been looking in my 2002 Helm manual in the "manual" hvac systems section. They mention an "Air temperature actuator - left". By looking at the diagram it looks as if this actuator controls both the left and right temp output by opening/closing a flap regualting air flow thru the heater core.
One suggestion.... it mentions re-calibrating the temp actuator by removing the 10 Amp HVAC fuse (ignition key off) on the fusebox at the right end of the dashboard for at least 60 seconds. It's worth a try I guess.
By the way, has any one done any electrical repair or changed or disconnected the battery lately? Good luck and let us know what fixes this.

I tried removing the 10 amp HVAC fuse and reinstalling after about 60 sec's , but that didnt seem to work. Thanks for the info though....
