my parent always say how lucky i am being able to live comfy life blah blah blah look at ppl who are poor see how unfortunate they are blah blah blah....but i realise even though i am physically and materally well being...but i am constantly under mental stress.....and the poor ppl my parent point out to are always happy...they might not live in nice lux house or have expensive car....but i always see them soo happy...everything make them happy....Thai new year just pass recently as i was in my car on the way to air port to go to kenya for vacation i look out side seeing 10~15 ppl behind a pick up truck heading back home they were all singing and smiling....while me inside a privte car that sit only my family was at the edge of brusting out and start crying....in away i think God's fair even though poor people my have a lack in materalism life but their sprital's are soo well while me a normal upper middle class kid is always under mental stress....kinda blance out....but then again...there are these really really rich ppl in school who seem to have perfect life in every aspect......i don't know what i am trying to prove but ah...screw it....

rich, poor, middle class, doesnt matter, we all have problems. they are just different. im sure a rich person has just as much stress as a mexican riding his bike to a restaurant. its all relative.

It does seem like a disproportionate number of wealthy folks are unhappy. But life is what you make it, so if you're unhappy then plan to make some changes in the future, and make your plan happen.

Exactly. It's all relative and it's all what you make of it. Be thankful for what you have and try your best not to dwell on what makes you sad. It took me months to become pretty happy again. I'm still not as happy as i use to be, but im definately far better mentally than i was last year.
