Exhaust

I took my recently aquired 84 7 to a local exaust place to get the system redone cause it was in pretty bad shape with leaks in spots and so on. Then I took it to Midis to have it aligned and while on the lift the guy askes if I got the exaust done at midis. I ask why and he says that they didnt bother replacing the Catalytic converter(s). I'm fine with that but i'm curious, How many cats does the 1.1L verson have and how much power did I likly gain?

2 cats, if u dont have emissions in ur state, u can get in the 130hp range if u remove the emissions and have a proper running engine, and a little bit of tweaking on the carb.

just save the stock exhaust in the garage or shed or something and throw it on once a year... it isn't like it is hard lol

well i finally found someone, god bless their soul, who can pass my fc...that thing failed horribly every time...so nxt year maybe i can just take it through with no cats in the fd xD haha if he wont mind helpin me out again.
