PA Runs fine some time and then dies others

I have a 91 PA that has been giving me troubel for a month or so now. The car runs fine most of the time when you can get it started. Some times it will not run long enough to get out of the driveway, others it does fine. I have had the ICM checked and they said it was fine. I placed dielectric grease in the plug for the ICM and the car ran fine for about 2 weeks now. It has started stalling again and I do not know what else to do to fix this problem.
