Electrical Problem?

I am looking for some suggestions. I just bought a 1988 E-190 (Mercedez) and there are a few things wrong with it and I would like to know if any of you out there may have any ideas on how to fix them. I think I have an electrical problem somewhere but I do not know where to begin.

- Driver front and passanger read windows are not working.
- Sun roof opens but does not slides all the way back.
- RPMs are not working
- Odometer is not working
- A/C is not working
- radio and antena is not working

I have checked all of the fuses and these are ok. Any ideas?

I would try and figure out which ones of the above listed are on the same circuit. The fuse may be fine but there may be a wiring issue. I would also try and measure voltages at the devices to determine if they are getting voltage when they are supposed to.
