Hey, I have a 1987 F250 EFI 4.9L that sat over a winter. I have managed to get it running twice. It would idle, but stalls when given any amount of throttle. It no longer will even idle. The fuel pressure at the fuel rail is 40psi, which according to the book is in mid range. I have adjusted the timing to top dead center, checked the plug wire positions on the cap, and it’s getting good spark. The truck sputters when I put some gas in the cylinders, so I’m thinking it’s the fuel pressure regulator that malfunctions, just wanted to check and see what someone else’s thoughts were, before I try and get the regulator off. Thanks Dan
