i officially HATE these motherfuckers. early this year i ordered a neuspeed upper rear tie bar. 3 weeks later i get the package. its a LOWER rear. i spent $230 for an upper, but i get an $80 lower. so i send it back to them after working out the problem. cost me $6.82 to ship it.
i email the guy again a weke later. he said he got the part. but they were out of the part i needed. he told me he'd refund my $6.82 for shipping. now in fucking april i'm still waiting for this. he hasn't responded to any of my emails. i requested a full refund because i will just go elsewhere now. i wish i could go get violent and rob their warehouse. but this internet store SUCKS.

if you charged it with a credit card you can dispute the charges. It should not take that long to have the part shipped. email them again replying that you going to dupute charges with your c.c. company. Write a letter to the better business buerul and tell others not to shop at their company. Also say what web sites you belong to like this one. Email them and give them 48 hrs to responed but you have to say 48 hrs. Awww yeah give them the address to b.b.b it should be on the net.

can't email you from school so...
list is $249 from neuspeed. civicfuckstore sold it for $230 i think included shipping so it may have been like $217. gotta check.

Do not buy from them..They never get things right. There is a Section of bogus dealers at another site i go to and they are listed there cause they suck big time. Actually here's is a comment on another guy that bought from them:
These guys are clowns. They are supposed to be a business and pretty much work out of someone's closet. Stock nothing and make false promises. These guys tied me and my money up for over 4 months with a transaction for wheels. Meanwhile, I find out, straight from them, that they have never even sold ONE set of wheels. They wasyed my time, don't let them waste yours.
Yep, they told me 4 weeks. I told them if it was any longer I didn't want them. They said..."4 weeks" It has been over 3 months, closer to 4. Ya wanna know what's kinda funny. They JUST NOW emailed me saying they are on the way, sorry for the delay...ha.. I emailed em back and said I don't want them and don't charge my card.
