Radiotor help

ok i took the hole intake manafold off i herd you have to bleed the radiotor or something like that. what is it and how hard is it. do i have to do it, i put my car back to gether and now it seems like its not pushing coolent through my system. please help

Bleeding the rad is to take out all the coolant or draining it.
