Bilestien 0r Tokico??

I've got a 95 civic hatchback with adjustible lowering springs and just wondering what you guys say if I should go with tokico HP or bilestien shock absorbers. I havn't decided on how low it's going to be but I dont want it too low. Plus I dont know what the stock ride height is? bought it lowered. Also I have 16's on it.

Bilstein, if it were a choice between Tokico Illumina's and Bilstein's then I would go towards the Tokico's.
