S2000/nsx

this may sound stupid but
1) is the NSX drivetrain like an FWD just backwards or does it have a staraight driveshaft?
2) if it is a straight driveshaft, can you put the C32 in an S2000 chassis?
3) how much would that probably cost?
4) would it be worth it?
5) pros and cons please
