Midnight club Dub edition

i got this game 3 days ago.the game is ok the music is great and new.the cars a are also good.I've played all the midnight clubs and this doesn't even compare to the other 2.I'm very satisfied with my buy.

just the fact that its DUB seems to annoy me a lot, but i guess i'll give it a try

I like to call these games ricer games.Need for speed underground 2 is better ricer game for people who know cars and MCDE is good for all people who just want to have fun.

mc3 isnt a ricer game at all, unless u rice the cars out urself. have any of you guys played it online yet? the features are WAY better than nfsu2, and GT4 onlines features has only....ooops thats right. i'm not knockin on gt4 or nfsu2, but i think mc3 is damned fun and a good game. better than nfsu2 if you ask me

I don't usually play online (too many bad apples), but I'll give it a shot.

Gigglesnirt, don't let the name get to you. Unlike nfsu, you can customize the car any way you want. You don't have to put big wheels on it just to advance. You can turn it into a drag car (little wheels with big slicks)...

I picked up this game 2 days ago, so far I like it. The graphics arent as good tho as NFSU 1&2, but whatever. I like how you can choose from different classes of cars instead of just tuners. One thing I dislike tho is how they set-up there manual transmission mode. You have to shift really fast unlike NFSU, you cant really rev out the car long, you know what I mean? Maybe its just the car I have (SRT-4), but I hate the way they set it up.

yeah i started with the same car.The tranny does shift fast but when you get in high gears it's ok.mostly all the car shift like that.I think the graphics are ok but n4su 1&2 have better graphics.the drifting in this game is so fake.Has anyone heard of drifting at 200+mph!Is it me or is this game hard my brother says it is.

well thats just MC's style, its an arcade game, you're gonna powerslide at 200mph+, and you know what? its damn fun when you nail that last corner and just beat out ur oppnent on the last starightaway. just last night, i beat one of my friends online by just .06 secs. all the MC's made it an advantage to utilize the e-brake, and well, i like it. difficulty is another one of MC's traits, MC1-3 are hard as fuck, but once again, just how i like it. i dont like just breezing through a game, which have happened before because i have good racing skills in most racing games (its not bragging if it can be proven). i don'tunderstand why everyone is givin this game such a hard time...i mean you've got to admit the races are alot better than NFSU2.

I cant really decide whether I like NFSU2 or MC3 better because I havent played that much of MC3 yet, both games have there pro's and con's. I dont think MC3 is THAT hard, yes its tricky but not hard if you're good. Now I gotta pick up GT4.;)

yeah I know... my friend let me borrow GT4 for a few days and its a sick game, sometime soon I will go and pick it up.

I was playing mc3 before and I was racing against "Unbeatable Street Racers" and I was at race 10 of 13 and after race 10 I came in 1st place and it wouldnt let me continue to race my last 3 races for that group, what happened??

yea, samething happened to me. pissed me off cuz i wanted that GT-R. eventually i just moved on to the other races, then after a while i noticed the rest of the unbeatable races magically appeared. go figure

I agree. It gets too much of the same. In NFS there are loads of diffrent types of races where as its just racing in MC. BUT I do prefer the fact you can mod real cars like the SL500 ive got kitted up :biggrin:

i know. i like things clean. had a very clean 240 and supra but would not let me progress inless I put some retarded wing or wheels on it.

And personally i hate DUB edition. it sucks. mnc 2 was a hole lot better.
DUB emphysizes pimping a vehicle. "ooo, i got 24's, air bags, and 500lbs of sound system, I must be a bad ass!". get real! :disappoin clean and simple is the way to go.

personally it was kinda fun the first time through but there was alot of mistakes like horrible control you can't do anything except nos on exotics and the police are exreamly inoying... i thought is was a waste of my money

Crotch Rockets...'nuff said. Thats the best part od the game imo. That and my slammed flat black '57 chevy...and my foosed up camaro. It has its highs and lows like any other game. I actually spent more time playing this than I did on GT4 simply becuase GT4 got boring quick, fast, and in a hurry. Its all about gamer preference i guess.
