vibration under mild acceleration

I have a 1997 CR-V with auto that has just developed a vibration that occurs at low speed when pulling away from a stop or near stop. At higher rpm's or at highway speeds all is ok. I noticed it after going up a real steep hill (not offroad) slowly a week ago and now it has continued. Fluids all check out ok, anybody have this happen to them ?

well the earlier CR-V's have a known shake at low speed taking off from a stop. i think its up to about 15 or 20 mph. Its a charectoristic that is cause by the rear differential angle.
