ford tx5 speedo gearset issues

hi every one! i desperatly need help.
i have a 91 tx5 ghia that has decided to punish me by taking away the speedo,all wheel steering and cruise control. its my understanding that they all run off the same gear set which sits into the top of the gearbox.
my problem is i dont know if its a wiring prob or the gearset or something else, and this could end up expensive if i dont do it myself! i would be happy with any free info or advice anybody can give me about my tx5. or happy to help anyone else out with skyline or vk probs :smile:
