My friend (Underground Killah) took this vid of me racing a 3rd gen Eclipse GS last night. This guy came walking up "who's Celica is this"... "wanna run my eclipse..." I knew I would slaughter him after I found out it was a GS. The Eclipse guy's friend rode passenger with me during the race...

It was dark, could only see headlights and hear the people and engines.. He won by a lot.

Well the Auto GT-S does run high 16's to low 17's.

well she can't drive stick, or doesn't want to learn. one of the two. so she'll be in a fairly slow car then. This way she won't kill herself. God forbid if she ever raced someone and had to......SHIFT! hehehe. i'm sorry it'd just be to much. she'd hit a wall or something.

Dunno. Kinda tough to judge from times, considering that they are from two totally different geographical locations, with different tracks/surfaces. I have run a couple GT-S's here, in PHX, when I had my SE-R, and I'd stay ahead by about a half-car, at least. Of course that's not accounting for the drivers...

did you take your muffler off? I know some guys around here were doing it saying it helped out or some bullshit(celica owners)....but it doesent sound stock

Ive always like the gts's when I drove them. They pull pretty damn good even stock.
