1999 seats don't move locks don't work

I have a 1999 300m and the seats have always worked. They all of the sudden quit working heat and all power ways. I checked the fuses and they are all good the heat light illuminates but the seats do not move at all. The relay is good too. These cars have the door lock and the seats on one relay and that relay is good I can't figure it out why would neither the seats or the doors work??? please help thanks Kalvin

had some work done on the car yesterday and the seats and door locks now work!!! don't know what they did but whatever they did fixed it!
