Found '69 GS400 CA......

Today I found a '69 GS400. Original owner. This car is in need of total restoration. It's been sitting since 1987, outside. Complete, no dents and owner stated that it was running when it was parked. Bc they had kids they started driving a station wagon.
This car has a 4 speed. I don't know very much about this car, so I'm inquiring if any one here does.
I'd apprecaite any info offered. I'm also curious as to what it's worth or what would be a fair offer. The seller has no idea what it's worth as well.
My thing is mustangs and gto's so I'm clueless on this one.
