2g Eclipse on Pimp My Rode next week

I just saw an preview for Pimp My Ride for next week, its a black 2g Eclipse. I'm kind of looking forward to see how they do it. I just hope they don't rice it out like they do to most of their cars.

Pimp my ride has gone down hill in my opinion and on every car they paint flames latley, but I was watching it and laughing at what they did tonight until I saw a Mitsu. Eclipse up for next week I hope they do some sweet stuff and give me some good ideas.

Yea, I don't really like the way they do their cars, with the exception of a few. I just want to see what kind of stuff they add to the Eclipse, I hope they don't do it like how they did the Nissan 240sx that one time.

Funny thing is, that black Eclipse has both the door handles broken, so the owner was showing X how he gets into his car by crawling through the rear hatch. I laughed when I saw that and thought about how I can relate. Haha.

PS They should rename their show Pimp my Beater because that's all they have been "pimping".

yeah ive seen some of the "pimped" rides on ebay. To bad almost all of those cars still run as shitty as when they went in there. They just look better.

Thats what they've been doing. The only time they ever did any engine work was when they really needed to rebuild the engine in that crx to keep it from stalling. Even then I don't think they "rebuilt" much.

The eclipse will probably be no different from any of the other Pimp my ride specials. It will probably be sporting some fast & furious or need for speed underground theme as thats all they've done to the tuner imports, its going to be a butchering.

I agree, I dont think I can bear to watch it, I feel so bad for the eclipse, she's going to hate what they do to her, :(

I actually haven't seen the show on MTV for a while. Thought they cancelled the show or something...guess not. There's a small preview clip of what the Eclipse looks like on mtv's site. It seems like one side of the Eclipse is red and the other side is blue. The car is a GS model. Oh, and wuman82, I sent you a PM earlier. Hope the Eclipse looks good after it has been "pimped." What do you guys think the chances are of seeing that Eclipse on ebay later?
