front door infinity speaker removal

I am trying to remove the fectory installed front Infinity speakers from my 1998 Concord LXI. I pulled the speaker cover off and saw that the speaker was held in, or so I thought by 3 screws. I removed the screws but the speaker is still firmly in place. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

that's all that holds the speaker in place. Since the speaker has a magnetic base, it could be still holding on to the door frame, so once you have all the screws out, just give it a nice tug and it should come out.
