HELP? Strange noise, could it be the CV joint?

I have a knocking type noise in the front end. It usually happens when I turn going slowly. It also happens when I tap the brake or kick the side of the rim. Is it my CV joint again? The noise is on the passenger side up front. Its been there for quite a while, but has gotten really bad now. HELP???

check the rubber cv boot for any rips/tears. if there is a rip in it then it most likely is your cv joint that's clicking.

I would say it's an outer joint, time to replace the axle.

I had it "fixed" at canadian tire (they replaced the upper ball joint and control arm, something that is after going 3 times) and it's still there??? WTF?

tie rod end, possibly wheel bearing too. if it does it when you kick the wheel, i don't think it would be a cv joint, but i guess it could be but i havn't run across that yet. If it's a cv joint it should make noise at any speed when you turn, when you backing up and turning the wheel. Make sure you struts are good and tight too. After that there's not much else it could be making the noise.
