oil on plug

:banghead: I found oil on the threads of one spark plug. I have a 97 CR-V with 98000 miles. Any ideas on cause or effect? thanks for looking..

was it on the spark plug wire too?

If so its the grommet for the valve cover thats leaking oil into the plug tube
