I have a Pioneer Cd player in my car. One day while i was driving, weird sound started coming out of the speaker. It sounded fuzzy and static like. Then a few minutes later there was no sounds at all. As of right now the unit works but no sounds come out. I Have checked all the wiring and it seems to be fine. Can someone please help me?

Check power from the lowlevel outputs, if you grounded out the connection on just ONE output, the built in amp will totally fry on older pioneer decks.

take a ohms meter to the output and check for power, if your low levels work and your highs dont you probably grounded a wire out. I suggest running new wires to all 4 speakers and buying a cheap 4 channel amp.
