93 cutlass supreme Trany

I am looking at buying a 93 that has a 3.4 and a bad tranny, I have a super low mile 3.1 and trans from a 94 ciera will the trannys swap....any info would be great

I personally wouldnt think so, simply because most of the time its been my experience that with engines of different size (ex. 3.1L and 3.4L), the trannys mount up differently and sometiems are even just different sizes all together. If you need to know really soon and nobody else that knows more about it than i do replies to this post, id recommend just calling a local shop and asking them if they are swappable or not. peace
