BIG 3.8L Swap

ok... i was just looking at a great priced L67 (supercharged 3.8L series II) without the blower. Now I know it's no problem to fit this engine in to my '88 beretta, and that it directly bolts up to my G282 5-speed. My problem is that i'm going to put twin turbos (from the DSM) on this engine, and a large intercooler, on this 3.8L instead of the stock blower. I was just wondering on anyone input as to where i should mount these turbos. I was originally thinking, for the back side, mount the turbo behind the steering column, and for the front side, where the battery is (its getting moved else where). I should also mention that i built a custom front clip for the car , and is made specially to hold the intercooler, and other cooling accessories that i may plan to add. This front clip has alot more room up front than the stock bumper did.
Anyways... suggestions? Open to any reasonable idea....

Wow that sounds like it would be a monster! Just glad to hear that the 3.8II will fit a beretta

yeah, i was suprised to hear that the 3.8LII is a straight drop in too. But i guess it fits better into a Beretta than a Gen2 Cavy. Oh well... berettas aren't performed up enough anyways....lol

I would love to get ahold of a supercharged series 2 in my beretta and go smoke my buddy's 97 gtp, he would flip but he deeserves it being all cocky.

i was thinking L67 for the longest time, but when it came down to ordering the engine, i had a flash back of seeing a super fast Grand National. That was when i thought to myself, 'damn i need to turbo that engine'....lol. No actually i saw a guy with a single turbo 3.8L Fiero and thought why not go twin turbo.
Check it out... very cool
