97' Heater only Blowing on feet!!

Hey I have this problem too... Same answer as the guy with the 99' or is there somethig different??? ohh and the AC light doesn't come on and when I push the button it only blows on the feet too... do I need a hole new temp, vent and fan speed unit... How hard are they to install your self??? thanks...
