bumper guards

hi, i wanted to know where i can get some bumper guards, i recently saw a accord with some bumper guards on it, and i wanted to get some too. they were silver, about 3 inches long, and 1/2 inch in height. they seem like you just stick them on the bumpers. i didnt get a close look at what brand it was. can someone please tell me where i might find some? thanks
