Alt help

I was just woundering how to hook up 2 3g alt in a 1990 Ford mustang. ive got them wired to eachother but the second one does not seem to be doing any thing, i think it has to do with the plug and the white wire.

there is a large power wire and smaller "sense" wire. If the sense wire it not connected, I don't think alternator will actually produce any power.

is "Sense Wire" the white wire
