like I wrote another in-progress Toyota Altezza RS200
the same as rstuningfactory
modifications:
modified rearbumper and frontbumper
new exhaust line with two end mufflers
side skirts with extra lip
filled up the license plate positions
Wheels Yokohama AVS model 5 18"
The first round of putty work is done, now sand it and putty again and again, you know the story.
I want to do something with the hood but don't know yet what.
Here are some pics.

Looking interesting after the putty work, nice wheels, what's the colour you're going to grace it with? keep us posted. Makes me want to dig up my RS200 from store room some time this summer, if I can find it. :-(

Bluehand:

I was thinking on a special color design something like a real car namely the rod millen lexus IS430
http://www.fast-autos.net/lexus/lexusis430.html
The black and dark orange are looking real good.
This gonna be a hard job, maybe I choose a gray color.

little update
I found a carbon hood from another car.
This hood is flat at the edges.
The hood of the lexus is curved at the edges (see at the picture)
So I cutted the carbon hood as seen on the pictures.
Now there is a new kind of tuned hood. :iceslolan
What do you guys think? Shall I go on, now I can go back because I haven't yet cut the hood of the lexus.

I did it, I cutted the hood and I think the result is ok.
Everything fits perfect with the excisting hood and the grill.
The new hood will be painted black, no letters and numbers.

nice work with the new hood! Do you plan to shave off the bumps on that new hood

rweeda

Jaymes:
No I don't shave off the bumps because that's make the car look more agressive. :naughty:
Its an air in or outlet.

Supaman:
The exhaust is handmade and the chrome end mufflers are coming from the GT wing set from Fujimi.
You can make three kinds of mufflers.

update:
To make it more like a sportscar I decided to make it a 2 doors version.
I puttied the old panel line, cut out the pillar (I don't know if pillar is the good word for it), moved the pillar and made a new panel line.
Question? What to do with the little vertical window pillar?
Stay or remove what do you guys think?

the little skinny pillar towards the back of the car? i think it should be removed, and then make the bigger pillar skinnier. good progress so far.

The little pillar is removed and the middle pillar is a little smaller.

One side of the car is done, now the other side.
When this is done I can go on with the inside.
A rollcage is added and also a driver.

I did buy a very cheap car in a local store for about 6 Euro or 7.30 USD.
I used this car as a donor car.
The intercooler is now on the Toyota as well the almost complete interieur and last but not least a very nice sound system.

I did not like it's look when looking at the first pics, but it turned out great, the widebody look goes nice with the front and rear lip. The duotone paint just finishes it off, nice work!

The mufflers are from Fujimi see picture.
You can make several gt-wings and mufflers.
