Is it possible...?

Hey guys,
My '93 PA got totalled yesterday. It sucks, but what do ya do. Anyway, I'm looking at replacing it with a '94 LeSabre. The Lesabre has a bad transmission, and my Park Avenue has a new transmission with less than 4k on it.
Would a transmission swap be possible? Also, could I just swap engine cradles totally, swapping the transmission AND engine? Both cars have the plain 3800TPI engine and (I think) the 4T60e transmission.

Possible Yes! Easy no! I had my 92 pa ultra totaled where some b knocked the front end off while running a red light. I bought it back from the insurance company for 300 bucks and bought another 92 ultra with the exact same stuff and a blown motor. took the hardware i needed and sold the other care after i fixed it. If you got a good lift kit or something you can get up on you might have a easier time doing the trans. but from what i know of from 92-96 the park ave and le sabre were almost exact on hardware so your trans should fit

pirho, its an even swap, no worries.
gottabike, just wanted to inform you with the next few sentences of mine. 91 Pa's had only the non SC 3800. The 92-94's are identical, with minor HP and torque upgrades in 93. 95 recieved the series 2 3800 in base, yet retained the series 1 SC for the ultra. 96 went series 2 in base and series 2 SC in ultra.
