Power steering leaking

Need a little help if I may ask.
I have a 91 5.0 LX and last night it started leaking power steering fluid from the rubber boot on the passenger side of the rack. Is this a seal issue that is easy to fix, do I need to replace the whole rack and maybe pump, or is it such a pain to do that I should just take in?
I have most all tools I should need unless there is any special tools required. I don't have a lift, But I think I should be able to get to it with ramps.
Any pointers would be great, and if you can let me know what I can expect to pay for parts or a good place to order them from it would help a lot.
Thanks much,
