ENGINE SWAP...plz help

I have a 2001 cavalier 2.2L and i wanted to switch to a 2.4L Z24....i was wondering if that would be a clean swap or what modifications would be involved in making the switch.

New engine, transmisson, PCM, all the wires and harnesses, the whole kit and kaboodle.
