Greetins folks
If you remove the hose from the little plastic muffler going to the ICS
(idle control solenoid) you can clearly hear the ICS in action. Each pulse
is air being drawn into the throttle body, as the ECM tries to manage idle speed.
One would assume that the ECM is trying to lean out the mixture when it pulses the ICS.
It does not effect the engine, but remember to hook her back up when you are finished testing.
