stock infinity amp

I put a an aftermarket sony stereo in my avenger and i was wondering if the stock amp in the back still works or not. I unplugged it and noticed that my back speakers didn't work. Does the amp run to all the speakers or just the rear 6x9s.

i dont really know much about that, the stock amp should be plugged into the cd player u put in shouldnt it.
